Ismaël Adam ESSACKJEE
CEB, Mauritius

Mr. Ismaël has nearly two decades of working experience, half of which is a management level, at the Central Electricity Board, the sole Power Utility of Mauritius. He is currently responsible for the construction and maintenance of all transmission assets. He holds an MBA from the Management College of Southern Africa and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (USA). In 2021, he was awarded a PhD in Renewable Energy Integration by the University of Mauritius. His current interest is in the use of Artificial Intelligence to redefine work processes which culminated in him being awarded the Certified Artificial Intelligence Consultant (CAIC) credentials from the United States Artificial Intelligence Institute (USAII) in 2024
