Mr. Randhir is the CEO of ForeSee Advisors, Randhir is a leading expert in electric mobility, energy storage, and sustainable infrastructure. With a strong background in Go-to-Market strategies, technology adoption, and financial innovation, he helps global organizations accelerate the transition to clean and intelligent energy ecosystems. Backed by an MBA from IIM Calcutta, a B.Tech from NIT-B, and PMP certification, he brings a deep strategic and technical understanding to the industry. Previously, as Director at NITI Aayog, he played a pivotal role in shaping India’s electric mobility landscape. He led the development of transformative policies, including the world’s first Battery Swapping Policy and multi-ministerial financial schemes. He was instrumental in designing the $2.4 billion Advanced Chemistry Cell program, restructuring the $1.5 billion FAME II initiative, and securing strategic financing from the World Bank and ADB. He also contributed to state- level EV policies, open-source BMS development, and represented India’s green mobility strategy at COP27
