Merlin Julius Hutagalung is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in risk management, system planning, and governance within Indonesia’s electric power sector. Currently serving as Risk Manager at PT PLN (Persero) Head Office, she plays a key role in supporting the energy transition towards Net Zero Emissions. She holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology and is certified in Internal Audit, Risk Management (QRMP), and GEDSI mainstreaming. Her expertise spans operational planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance optimization, with a strong commitment to inclusive, sustainable energy development and organizational excellence
