Ms. Kiran Gupta is the Chief - Customer Experience, Commercial, Govt. Affairs, EAC & Consumer Litigation at Tata Power-DDL. She leads key functions, including customer care, metering, billing, revenue collection, smart metering, demand- side management, and stakeholder engagement with the Delhi Government and regulator. With three decades in the power sector, she has extensive experience in power distribution and transmission, covering design engineering, operations, enforcement, commercial services, and strategy. She was the first woman executive to lead operations and drive enforcement for theft reduction. She chairs the POSH Committee, is part of the Apex Ethics Committee, and represents Tata Power in gender diversity forums. She has mentored Odisha Discoms, serves on the boards of Tata Power group companies, and has led capacity-building programs for utilities in India and abroad. She has contributed to global collaboration projects like Demand Response and iELECTRIX and is a Steering Committee Member of WePOWER, a World Bank initiative promoting gender inclusivity in the energy sector
