Praveen Goyal is Senior Vice President with Noida Power Company Limited and spearheading the IT, Automation, Metering and ESG department activities. He has diversified experience of more than 29 years in the areas of Business process orchestration; Management consultancy; Sales and marketing; Program and project management, Performance management and efficiency improvement; Customer service; Smart Grid implementation, IT and OT projects implementation etc. Praveen holds a B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab University and a Diploma in Business Administration from IMT, Ghaziabad. He has spoken widely on numerous topic related to Utility Business at National and International forum. He is co-authored a book on benchmarking and performance improvement. His Present interest areas are Smart Grid, IT applications, Renewable energy, Sustainability and Adoption of strong and challenging management practices.
