Shri. Narendra Nath Veluri is an IFS officer of 2011 batch and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Agency for New and Renewable Energy Research and Technology (ANERT) in Kerala, India. He was spent eight years with the Kerala Forest Department, specializing in wildlife management and human-elephant conflict mitigation. His expertise later expanded into clean energy, where he has been instrumental in advancing sustainable energy solutions across Kerala. He is a strong supporter of Clean Energy and plays a pivotal role in promoting decentralized solar energy in Kerala. Under his leadership, ANERT is driving Kerala’s energy transition with innovative initiatives such as the Green Income Scheme, solarizing government buildings in Thiruvananthapuram, the solarization of agricultural pumps under PM-KUSUM and hydrogen-powered pilot projects. His unwavering commitment to policy, research, and innovation is helping Kerala progress toward its emissions reduction targets
