Anish Kalucha is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Head of IT at Noida Power Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of the RPSG Group. With over 30 years of extensive experience in IT and technology, including 7 years as the CIO of BSES Yamuna Power Ltd. (BYPL), Anish brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his current role. At NPCL, Anish plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s IT and digital strategy, focusing on key areas such as customer engagement, product transformation, employee empowerment, and operational optimization. He is also driving innovation in areas like analytics, the Internet of Things (IoT), robotic process automation, AI & Gen AI and smart grids. Additionally, he oversees process redesign and the application delivery roadmap, ensuring service level agreements with uptime exceeding 99.5% through a combination of hybrid cloud, in-house data centres, and disaster recovery centres. Throughout his career, Anish has successfully guided the technology and digital roadmaps of multiple organizations, delivering complex projects in automation, digitalization, enterprise mobility, enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management in Power distribution, transmission and generation sectors.
