Liu Zehong, a native of Changsha city, Hunan Province of China, is a leading expert in high-voltage technology, and project engineering and management. Mr. Liu previously served as Executive Vice President of State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC), and is now Executive Vice Chairman of Global Energy Interconnection Development and Cooperation Organization (GEIDCO), Vice President of China Association for Standardization (CAS), and Vice Chairperson of Power System Committee of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (CSEE).
