Refund and Cancellation

India Smart Grid Forum (ISGF) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule conference and exhibition at any time. If ISGF cancels or reschedules the conference and exhibition due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, you are entitled to a full refund, ISGF is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation.

In case of cancellation requested by the Sponsor, Key Partner, Exhibitor, Delegate, Visitor or Speaker (referred to as Party) of India Smart Utility Week – Conference and Exhibition, no refunds will be made by ISGF once confirmation and payment process is completed fully or partially by the Party. Refund will be only provided in case ISGF cancels the conference and exhibition and the same will be communicated via email to the key contact person as provided by the Party.

If ISGF cancels or reschedules the ISGF Innovation Awards and Gala Dinner due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, ISGF is not responsible for the travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation.
