Leonardo Frazão holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, with an emphasis on Philosophy, and is a Master's candidate in Development Economics, both from Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (Paris I). He has been employed at PSR since 2022 in the Networks cluster, where he has conducted research focused on nontechnical losses and the budgetary impact of energy bills on the population of Rio de Janeiro. He participated in the Erasmus+ program at Stockholm University, Sweden, focusing on Industry and Environment topics. Additionally, he has received training in Social Entrepreneurship from the Latin American Leadership Academy (LALA) at Universidad de Piura, Peru, and serves as a content coordinator at the international conferences of the Brazilian Student Association (BRASA).
