Alexander Hogeveen Rutter is a Research Manager with Third Derivative, leading diligence work on innovative start-ups in the Electricity sector and in particular around Energy Storage.. He has previously worked on Renewable Energy, grid management and Green Hydrogen at Multilaterals including ISA and IFC and the consulting firm BCG. He holds an MBA from the India School of Business and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He has worked for an integrated utility with a focus on resource adequacy planning, system operations and grid integration of renewables.
